What services do you offer?
Pictures packages are based on square footage, as follows:
Still photos:
1000 - 1500 sq ft: $175
1500 - 2500 sq Ft: $200
2500 - 3500 sq ft: $225
3500 - 6000 sq ft: $275
6000 sq ft +: custom quote
Exteriors only: $75
Floor plans:
$50: under 3000 sq ft
$100: over 3000 sq ft
Drone:
5 images: $75
10 images: $100
10 + images: custom quote
Drone photos only (no other services): $150
Drone video: custom quote
iPhone video walkthrough:
$150: under 3000 sq ft
$200: over 3000 sq ft
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in NE Columbus, OH. I service up to a 25 mile radius from my business address. Additional travel requests outside of this area incur additional fees.
When will we get our photos?
Shoots range from 30 minutes to 3+ hours depending on the size of the property and services. I shoot as many pictures as are necessary to show the property in the best light possible in my professional opinion and also welcome additional client suggestions for images. We make every effort to return pictures by noon the following day of the shoot, including weekends.
Additional Information:
- Payment is required in advance of delivery for all media services via Venmo, Paypal or Zelle.
- There is a $75 cancellation fee for homes cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled shoot.
- We ask realtors to plan for all stagers/ movers/ cleaners to arrive well in advance of the scheduled photography appointment so that all necessary modifications can be made in advance. If the property is not ready to be photographed by the scheduled time, it is at the discretion of the photographer whether the shoot can be completed that day or whether the property will need to be cancelled/ rescheduled, requiring a $75 last minute cancellation fee due before the full priced rescheduling can occur. This is all dependent on how much time is allotted and available for scheduled shoots on that particular day.
- We add blue skies to exteriors free of charge and professional editing on all interior and exterior images. Additional advanced editing requests incur additional charges, per the editors, for things such as item removal (dumpsters, cars, moving boxes, etc), adding images to tv's, adding fire to fireplaces, etc.
